The Lift Bar’s mission is to help everyone feel gorgeous in their own skin!
The Lift Bar, LLC was founded in 2021 after years of thoughtful planning and firsthand experience in the aesthetic industry.
As patients ourselves, we noticed something missing. Too often, aesthetic treatments were being offered without proper education. Patients were left guessing about what they actually needed, why they needed it, and what long-term results would look like. The focus felt transactional instead of transformational. We created The Lift Bar to change that.
From day one, our mission has been to educate first and treat second. Every recommendation is personalized. Every treatment plan is strategic. Our goal is not just immediate improvement — but long-term skin health, confidence, and results that make sense.
We also intentionally built a space that feels elevated without being intimidating. A place where first-time patients feel just as comfortable as seasoned aesthetic clients. Where questions are welcomed. Where you are guided — never pressured.
The Lift Bar is proudly 100% women-owned and women-led.
Co-founded by Crystal Geis and Amanda Walton, The Lift Bar was created with a shared vision of bringing high-level aesthetic services to Nicholasville and the surrounding communities.
Crystal, a lifetime Nicholasville resident, brings over 20 years of business and marketing leadership experience to the practice. Her background ensures The Lift Bar operates with strong systems, intentional growth, and a long-term vision rooted in community impact.
Together, the founders built The Lift Bar to be more than a med spa. It is a results-driven, education-focused aesthetic clinic designed for longevity — for our patients and for the community we proudly serve. Crystal, our founder, married to Nate Geis has 20+ years of business and marketing experience and owns AD-IOS Digital Media Co in Nicholasville, KY plus several other local businesses.

Our goal is to give our patients a touch of youthfulness that will lead to more energy and overall more confidence which creates overall happiness. We want our patients to have more youthfulness and energy to enjoy the things in life they love. Everyone should feel confident about the skin they are in! The Lift Bar, LLC was established in 2021 after years of planning. The Lift Bar was created when the owners saw a need to better educate the public on injectables and laser technology. They wanted to offer these services as the main specialty with out all the fluff. Walk In’s or appointments are welcome. Specialty care in a spa like environment while keeping safety the main focus.
