Cancellation & Terms Policy

Your appointments and convenience are of high importance to us. We realize that at times unexpected circumstances may require schedule adjustments. If you need to cancel an appointment, we respectfully require that you provide at least a 24 hour notice.


Our Cancellation Policy:

A cancellation or request to reschedule made less than 24 hours  in advance will invoke a cancellation fee. The amount charged will be $45, non-returnable and non negotiable.

Should you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we cannot guarantee that we will provide the service depending on the amount of other clients scheduled. If we cannot accommodate you, the same cancellation fee will be charged. We will try our best to reschedule your appointment for another time that suits you.

A credit card is required to make an appointment. Cancellation fees will be charged to the card you provide.

In case of a true, unforeseen, and unavoidable emergency, a cancellation fee will be charged, but part or full amount of it may be deducted from your future appointment cost.  This is to be at the discretion of the service provider at The Lift Bar.

Again, if you do need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you must inform us at least 24 hours in advance. If the booking was made for the same day, we require at least 5 hours’ notice, or the cancellation fee will occur.

Our Refund Policy:

We do not offer refunds for any injectable or prescribed product or service.  Once paid, there is no issuing of a refund.

We charge $100 for a provider exam for our weight loss program, this covers the cost of seeing the provider for their time.  There is no refunds given on a provider exam. 

Membership Cancellations: 

There is a $150 early termination fee if canceled before 1 year is up, no refunds, and no transferring of funds between accounts. Must give 30 days’ notice on cancellations.
