Appointment Policy

At The Lift Bar Medspa, we value your time and strive to provide our services as scheduled. We understand that sometimes unexpected circumstances can arise that may require you to adjust your schedule. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, we kindly request a minimum notice of 24 hours.

Cancellation Policy:

  • Less than 24-Hour Notice: If you cancel or request to reschedule less than 24 hours before your appointment, a $65 cancellation fee will apply. This fee is non-refundable and non-negotiable.

  • Late Arrivals: Arriving more than 15 minutes late may limit our ability to offer your scheduled service, especially when there are subsequent appointments. If we are unable to accommodate you due to late arrival, the $65 cancellation fee will apply. We will endeavor to reschedule your appointment at a more convenient time.

  • Credit Card Requirement: A credit card is required at the time of booking to hold your appointment. Cancellation fees will be charged to the card provided.

  • Emergencies: In the event of a genuine, unforeseen, and unavoidable emergency, we may at our own discretion waive a portion of the cancellation fee but please remember this fee covers the time we pay our staff even if you do not show up. Any waived amount may be applied as a credit towards a future appointment.

  • Same-Day Bookings: For appointments booked on the same day, we require at least 5 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling to avoid the cancellation fee.

We appreciate your cooperation and understanding. By providing timely notice of cancellation, you help us better serve all our clients.

Your appointments and convenience are of high importance to us. We realize that at times unexpected circumstances may require schedule adjustments. If you need to cancel an appointment, we respectfully require that you provide at least a 24 hour notice.

 Late Arrivals:  

Should you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we cannot guarantee that we will provide the service depending on the amount of other clients scheduled. If we cannot accommodate you, the same cancellation fee will be charged. We will try our best to reschedule your appointment for another time that suits you.

Our Refund Policy:

We do not offer refunds for any injectable or prescribed product or service.  Once paid, there is no issuing of a refund.

We charge $100 for a provider exam for our weight loss program, this covers the cost of seeing the provider for their time.  There is no refunds given on a provider exam. 

Membership Cancellations: 

There is a $150 early termination fee if canceled before 1 year is up, no refunds, and no transferring of funds between accounts. Must give 30 days’ notice on cancellations.
