The Lift Bar’s mission is to help everyone feel gorgeous in their own skin!
The Lift Bar, LLC was established in 2021 after years of planning. Through obtaining aesthetic services on our own, we realized there was a lack of education on the patient end of treatments. Oftentimes, patients are misguided or misinformed on what they need and what would be best for their skin. We have made it our mission to educate and treat patients with a focus on achieving optimal results for their specific needs.
The management of The Lift Bar Med Spa, consists of founder Crystal Geis, and partner; Amanda Walton. The Lift Bar is proud to be 100% Women-Owned and Women-Led. Chelsey Sievert is our leading APRN, Chelsea Norsworthy is our Aesthetician/Manager, Erin Soper our part time APRN. We also have several other floating part-time nurses and welcome new applicants as we are seeing tremendous growth.
This dynamic team each has a unique background in entrepreneurship, nursing, marketing, aesthetics and they all have different roles in The Lift Bar Med Spa. Amanda is a licensed cosmetologist who also owns a thriving salon with 9 rooms that she rents to other aestheticians and cosmetologists, Bliss Salon & Spa in Lexington, KY. Crystal, our founder, married to Nate Geis has 20+ years of business and marketing experience and owns AD-IOS Digital Media Co in Nicholasville, KY plus several other local businesses. While Chelsey, Erin & Chelsea will be involved in your day-to-day care, Crystal, and Amanda will lead from behind the scenes.

Our goal is to give our patients a touch of youthfulness that will lead to more energy and overall more confidence which creates overall happiness. We want our patients to have more youthfulness and energy to enjoy the things in life they love. Everyone should feel confident about the skin they are in! The Lift Bar, LLC was established in 2021 after years of planning. The Lift Bar was created when the owners saw a need to better educate the public on injectables and laser technology. They wanted to offer these services as the main specialty with out all the fluff. Walk In’s or appointments are welcome. Specialty care in a spa like environment while keeping safety the main focus.
