Full-Time Licensed Esthetician — $48,000 + Commission (The Lift Bar Medspa)

The Lift Bar Medspa is growing, and we’re looking for a high-performing, experienced esthetician who treats this industry like a profession—not a hobby. What You’ll Make
- $48,000 base salary
- Commission on retail + service up-sells (real earning potential)

What We Need (Non-Negotiable)
- Minimum 3 years of esthetics experience in a medspa setting
- Hands-on familiarity with Alastin, ZO Skin Health, and Face Reality
(Certifications strongly preferred)
- Solid knowledge of corrective skincare, acne protocols, and treatment planning
- Comfort educating clients, recommending products, and driving retail sales
- Exceptional client care, professionalism, and reliability
What You’ll Do
- Provide advanced, results-driven skincare treatments
- Build treatment plans and maintain long-term client relationships
- Perform consultations with confidence and accuracy
- Drive product sales through education (not pressure)
- Maintain treatment rooms + uphold strict cleanliness & safety standards
- Chart all treatments accurately
- Support a positive, team-oriented environment
